Our mission is to provide education, mindfulness, and somatic services to support those who are impacted
by trauma. We provide trauma recovery to survivors through healing-centered and trauma-informed approaches and yoga. We honor the body’s unique role in healing.​

Clinical studies have proven that body-based movement practices such as yoga can heal the neurological and biological impacts of trauma. At the Body Mind Being Project, we support those impacted by trauma.
